You can park free of charge on the High Street, with spaces often available right outside our door. Entry is direct from the road with no steps. If you need a ground floor treatment room please request this on booking. We have a toilet with disabled facilities.


Patch tests are required for Alkaline wash, eyelash tinting lash extensions and all IPL treatments, without exception. This is to ensure the safety of our clients and to adhere to the conditions of our insurance.


Prices are correct at time of print and are subject to alteration without prior notice. The Treatment Rooms reserves the right to increase prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure quality and the highest standards.


Courses are available on all treatments with attractive discounts. Please ask at reception for more details.


As you may or may not have known every time you have an appointment at The Treatment Rooms you collect loyalty points. We have had a lot of confusion since starting them as to how our computer works out the points, redemption etc.

As of 30th June 2017 our points system will end, you can redeem your points until this date (you need 11 points to redeem them) and you will continue to collect points up until this date (so there is still time to get to 11). Reception are able to tell you how many points you have.

In the summer we will be launching a new loyalty scheme to take over from the current point system


We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. You are always welcome to browse the gift shop, read one of our magazine or simply relax with a drink while you wait. If you arrive late, we will endeavour to accommodate you but cannot promise you will receive the full treatment time and you may be charged the full price of the booked treatment.


At The Treatment Rooms we strive to provide a calm and tranquil environment which encourages relaxation. For this reason we request that you turn your mobile phone on silent and respect the atmosphere we are trying to maintain, particularly in the upstairs areas. Thank you.


Gift vouchers are available to buy in salon or over the phone. Gift vouchers can either be made out for a specific treatment or just a monetary value.


We are always very happy to hear your comments about any aspect of our services and welcome suggestions for treatments you would like us to offer.


We offer a text reminder service the day before your appointment, please ensure we have your correct mobile number on our records. If you need to cancel your appointment we request at least 24 hours notice, or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
