Swedish massage is probably the most common and widespread massage technique in the West. Using a variety of massage techniques this is one of the best ways to treat many common ailments. This treatment is carried out while you lay on large warm water filled bags, which support the spine in a very natural way. Particularly suitable for tight and tense muscles as the water relaxes and warms your muscles even before the massage begins.
Hydrotherm is also brilliant pregnancy massage, although in the later stages of pregnancy it may not be comfortable, due to laying on your back. Please ask a therapist for advice on this.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone therapy uses warm smooth volcanic basalt stones in an exceptionally relaxing, indulgent body treatment. Described as one of the most memorable massage you can have, heat from the stones warm your muscles while the gentle stone massage relaxes the mind and body.

Indian Head Massage has been practiced for thousands of years. It is an extremely relaxing treatment and excellent for neck and shoulder tension.
The treatment is carried out seated in a chair and works on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
Available in a 25 minute or 40 minute session working on your areas of concern. Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure, with slow strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscles and fascia.
