What is microblading?
Microblading is semi permeant eyebrow colouring.
Will my brows look natural?
Yes, with your therapist you will decide on the best brow shape and size for you.
How is the treatment performed?
Your professionally trained therapist will measure and map your face to get the perfect eyebrows for you. Once you are happy with the shape, the mircoblading can begin. Pigment will be applied using an ultra fine blade to create hair strokes through the brows.
How long will it last?
After you have had your initial treatment and top up 6 – 8 weeks later, your new eyebrows should last anything from 8 – 18 months depending on your skin type.
Does it hurt?
This depends on you, some people find microblading uncomfortable and some people don’t.
How long is a treatment?
We book out 3 hours for a first microblading session, most of this time is measuring the brows and getting the correct shape for your face. The actual microblading only takes around 20- 30 minuutes.
What happens after the treatment?
Your brows will need to be kept dry for 7 – 10 days, this means no water, no creams or moisturisers and no make up. Your brows will be quite dark for the few days following treatment, this is normal and will only last until they have healed. They can become flaky or form a crust, this is normal and after 7-10 days the brows can be gently brushed to remove any debris. A colour top is then require 6-8 weeks after your first treatment.
