From humble beginnings in a cosy cottage space, we’ve grown into a trusted part of the local community, known for our exceptional treatments, professional expertise, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back year after year.

Book Online 24/7 – The quickest and easiest way to secure your spot is through our online booking system. It’s always open, even when we’re not! Just click, choose your treatment, and you’re all set.
Call Us – Prefer to speak to a human? Give us a ring during reception hours (Tuesday to Friday, 9am–3pm) and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect appointment.
Email Us – You can send us an email, but we’ll be honest, it’s our slowest method! If you’re in no rush, feel free to drop us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
However you choose to book, we can’t wait to welcome you to The Treatment Rooms!

We recommend booking in advance, especially for evenings or weekends, to avoid disappointment.
However, we do sometimes have last-minute availability, check online or give us a call!
Our busiest times of year are May-September and December

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to make changes, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or don’t arrive for your treatment, your booking fee will be forfeitedto cover the time and resources we’ve reserved for you. Booking fees are non-transferable to other appointments.
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be refunded in full or in part.
To help you keep track, we offer a text reminder the day before your appointment and an email reminder 48 hours in advance (if you’ve opted in). Please make sure we have your correct contact details.
We reserve the right to update our cancellation terms at any time with notice.

The Treatment Rooms is located in a charming cottage right on Shrivenham High Street. We’re easy to find and even easier to get to, with free parking available right outside and convenient public transport links via the S6 bus route.
Whether you’re driving or hopping on the bus, your visit will be stress-free from start to finish.

Absolutely! Our gift vouchers are the perfect treat for someone special or even a little self-care surprise. You can purchase them in-salon, over the phone, or online via our website for added convenience.
However, if you’d like our famous green envelope (which our clients love receiving), you’ll need to pop into the salon to collect it, it's part of the charm!
