E-vouchers: via the website
Paper vouchers: over the phone or in salon.

What can the voucher can be for
​E-vouchers can be purchased for any monetary value.
Paper vouchers can either be purchased for a specific treatment or a monetary value of your choice.

How can they be spent?
Vouchers can be spent on treatments or prodcuts.

How long are they valid?
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please note: We will be extending the expiry dates of gift vouchers that have been effected by lockdown.

Other handy things to know
You will need to bring your E-voucher or paper voucher with you on the day you wish to redeem.
Voucher expiry dates can not be extended.
You do not have to use your voucher all in one go.
Vouchers do not have to be used for the specific treatment they are purchased for (eg. if your voucher is for a massage you can use it towards any treatments of the same value)
