ARRIVAL
We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. You are welcome to relax with a drink in our waiting area while you wait.
If you arrive late, we will endeavour to accommodate you but cannot promise you will receive the full treatment time and you may be charged the full price of the booked treatment.
PARKING AND ACCESS
You can park free of charge on the High Street, with spaces often available right outside our door. Entry is direct from the road with no steps. If you need a ground floor treatment room please request this on booking. We have a toilet with disabled facilities.
MOBILE PHONES
At The Treatment Rooms we strive to provide a calm and tranquil environment which encourages relaxation. For this reason we request that you turn your mobile phone to silent and respect the atmosphere we are trying to maintain, particularly in the upstairs areas. Thank you.
ONLINE BOOKING
A 50% booking fee is required on all online bookings, with the remaining fee payable on the day of treatment. Subject to our Cancellation Terms, to the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking services with us is non-refundable.
Cancellation Terms: In the event that you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment date or you do not arrive at the salon, then your booking fee will be forfeited and used to cover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. If you cancel an appointment more than 48 hours prior to the appointment date, then the whole or part of the deposit will be refunded by us. Booking fees cannot be credited to other bookings.
We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time upon notice.
CANCELLATIONS & REMINDERS
We offer a text reminder service the day before your appointment and an email reminder (if you opt in) 48 hours before your treatment, please ensure we have your correct contact details on our records. If you need to cancel your appointment we request at least 48 hours notice, or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
PATCH TESTS
Patch tests are required for tinting, lash extensions, and lash lifts, without exception. This is to ensure the safety of our clients and to adhere to the conditions of our insurance.
PRICES
Prices are correct at time of print and are subject to alteration without prior notice. The Treatment Rooms reserves the right to increase prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure quality and the highest standards.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available to buy in salon, over the phone or online via our gift voucher page. Gift vouchers can either be for a specific treatment or a monetary value.
LOYALTY SCHEME
Our loyalty cards are available on reception for you to pick up, when you are in for a treatment.
Collect 10 stamps to receive £5 off your next treatment, 1 stamp per £10 spend, a maximum of 2 stamps per visit.
Stamps can only be collected on the day and time of spend, so please remember to bring your card with you, we have no way of tracing stamps so therefore are unable to back date.
Stamps are not transferable between cards or people. Stamps can only be collected and redeemed on treatments.
The Treatment Rooms reserves the right to end this loyalty scheme at any point. Cards can not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
